Rooted in Lavaux, Designed to Endure
At Francey Vins, sustainability begins in the vineyard. Our 3 hectares in Saint-Saphorin are located on UNESCO World Heritage terraces, above Lake Geneva, where the sun, the lake, and the stone walls shape each vintage.
Since 1384, our family has been tending this land parcel by parcel, combining respect for tradition with modern, thoughtful viticulture, in harmony with all local biodiversity. We work by hand on steep slopes, preserve the stone walls, and focus on wines that express the Lavaux terroir rather than on volume.
