
Produced in Saint-Saphorin AOC Lavaux, O-Nyx is made from the Divico grape variety and aged for 12 months in amphorae and a ceramic egg. This meticulous aging process gives the wine its depth, tannic structure, and silky texture, while preserving the precise and vibrant expression of its dark fruits.
The bouquet opens with oriental spices and wild dark fruits, followed by blackberry, blackcurrant, and blueberry. Powerful yet balanced, O-Nyx offers a rich and memorable expression of Lavaux red wine.
