Thank you for shopping with Francey Vins. We are committed to preparing and shipping your order with care. Please review the information below regarding delivery, shipping times and related conditions.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, events or holidays, preparation times may be slightly longer.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Francey Vins currently ships to selected regions and countries based on availability and legal alcohol shipping regulations.

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us directly.


3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.

Switzerland:
1 to 5 business days

Europe:
3 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs, local carriers or seasonal demand.


4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size and selected delivery method.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges outside Switzerland remain the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.


5. TRACKING

Where available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

 

6. AGE RESTRICTION

Wine deliveries may require proof of legal drinking age depending on destination regulations.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your country or region.

 

7. FAILED DELIVERY OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Francey Vins is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges caused by:

- incorrect address details
- absence at delivery
- refusal of parcel
- failure to complete customs requirements

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

 

8. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- your order number
- photos of the parcel
- photos of damaged items

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

 

9. LOST PARCELS

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
