Thank you for shopping with Francey Vins. We take great care in preparing every order. Please review our return and refund conditions below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unopened
- unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Because wine and food products are consumable goods, opened bottles cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- order number
- description of issue
- photos of parcel and products
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, store credit or refund.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
- opened wine bottles
- consumable goods
- personalized or custom orders
- sale items
- gift cards
5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges through the website.
If you would like a different item, please request a return first. Once approved, a new order can be placed separately.
6. EUROPEAN UNION COOLING OFF PERIOD
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer law.
This right may not apply to sealed consumable goods once opened or where exemptions legally apply.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the return is due to our error, damaged goods or an incorrect order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
