
Marc is a traditional grape brandy distilled from the pomace left over after winemaking, including the skins, seeds, and natural residue of pressed grapes. Made from the same grapes used in Francey Vins, it offers a bold and authentic expression of the Lavaux vineyard.
The nose is warm and expressive, with notes of dried fruit, grape skins, and sweet spices. On the palate, the Marc is structured, rustic, and full of character, with a long and warming finish. It is a classic digestif, to be enjoyed slowly after a meal.
